Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services offered by Go Norway. By participating in boat tours, bike tours, bus tours or related activities offered by Go Norway, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Safety and liability:
a. Go Norway is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense incurred during the tour unless negligence on our part can be proven.
b. Go Norway is not liable for injuries, losses, damages or expenses incurred during the tour, unless negligence on our part can be proven.
c. Participants must acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the tours, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, unforeseen events and the actions of other participants.
d. Go Norway is committed to ensuring that cruisers return to the ship in time for departure. We closely monitor cruise times and adjust our tours to avoid delays. However, Go Norway cannot be held responsible for any missed ship departures.

Reservations and cancellations:
a. Reservations can be made in advance via our website, our partners or by contacting Go Norway directly. The reservation is subject to availability.
b. Cancellations made by the participant must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour to be eligible for a refund.
c. For customers who have booked a tour in advance with the expectation of arriving in Kristiansand by cruise ship, Go Norway will offer a full refund for the booking in the event the ship's scheduled call is canceled, even if the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window established for regular cancellations.
d. Go Norway reserves the right to cancel or change a tour due to bad weather, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient number of bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

Age and health requirements:
a. Participants must be at least 6 years old to join the rib boat tour. Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
b. Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the rib boat trip or other trips. It is the participant's responsibility to assess their fitness for the trip.

Behavior and rules:
a. Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Go Norway staff during the tour.
b. Participants must treat fellow participants, staff and property with respect. Disruptive, disrespectful or dangerous behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.

Intellectual property rights:
a. Go Norway retains all intellectual property rights related to its services, including but not limited to photographs, videos and other promotional materials.

Privacy:
a. Go Norway respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:
This Agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
